1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and FansID ("FansID", "we", "us", or "our"), a company based in Canada, concerning your access to and use of the website at fansid.app and any related pages, tools, and applications (together, the "Site").

The Site provides an OnlyFans creator search engine and directory (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always marked with the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and changes take effect as soon as they are posted. Your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the updated Terms, so please review them periodically.

2. Eligibility and age requirement

The Site contains material relating to adult content and is intended only for adults. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province, territory, or country of residence, whichever is higher.

If you are under that age, you are not permitted to access or use the Site or the Services under any circumstances. We may restrict or refuse access to anyone who does not meet this requirement.

3. Our Services

FansID is a discovery tool. We organize publicly available information about OnlyFans creators into a structured, searchable index so that users can find creators by name, niche, location, and other attributes such as number of photos, videos, and total media, likes, and pricing.

FansID does not host adult content, does not sell subscriptions, and is not a substitute for OnlyFans. When you choose to view a creator's content, you leave FansID and visit that creator's official page on a third-party platform, which is governed by that platform's own terms.

The Services are currently provided free of charge. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and only for the purpose for which we make it available. As a condition of your use, you agree that you will not:

• Systematically retrieve data or content from the Site to build or populate a competing database, directory, or collection without our prior written permission.
• Use any automated system, including scrapers, bots, spiders, or data-mining tools, to access, copy, or monitor the Site or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Site or features that restrict use or copying of content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, user data, servers, or any systems connected to the Site.
• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software making up the Site.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or collect information without authorization.
• Use the Site to harass, abuse, defame, stalk, threaten, or harm any creator, user, or other person.
• Use the Site or its content to compete with us or for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by us.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including FansID.
• Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting access, and reporting to authorities, against anyone who breaches this section.

5. Creator information and listings

Listings on FansID are compiled from information that creators or third parties have made publicly available, including on OnlyFans and other public sources. We organize this information to help users discover creators and link directly to creators' official pages.

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any listing is complete, accurate, or up to date. Statistics such as media counts, likes, and pricing can change at any time on the source platform.

For creators: removal and corrections

If you are a creator and you would like your information corrected or removed from FansID, contact us at Cyrus@fansid.app and we will review and action reasonable requests promptly. See also our DMCA / takedown process for copyright matters.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its contents, including the source code, databases, design, layout, text, graphics, and the FansID name and logo (together, "Our Content"), are owned by or licensed to FansID and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, aggregate, sell, or otherwise exploit Our Content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Names, marks, and logos of third parties, including OnlyFans, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

7. Third-party links and platforms

The Site contains links to websites and platforms operated by third parties, including creators' OnlyFans pages. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and we do not endorse them.

When you follow a link away from FansID, these Terms no longer apply and you are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the site you visit. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

8. Site management and availability

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to monitor the Site for breaches of these Terms, take legal action against violators, refuse or restrict access, and manage the Site to protect our rights and ensure it functions properly.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, secure, or free of errors, bugs, or viruses. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time without notice, and we will not be liable for any resulting unavailability. You are responsible for using your own virus protection and securing your devices.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the Site's content is accurate, complete, reliable, or current, and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions, any unauthorized access to our servers, any interruption of service, or any harmful code transmitted through the Site by any third party. Any reliance you place on the Site is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FansID and its founders, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Because the Services are provided free of charge, to the extent a limitation applies, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Site or Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the six months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FansID and its founders, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. We may, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site, including blocking certain IP addresses, to anyone for any reason, including for breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

You may stop using the Site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada for the resolution of any such dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your place of residence.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will take effect when posted. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
