Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
At FansID, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. By using FansID, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
FansID is designed to work without requiring you to create an account or share personal information. That said, our servers and our analytics providers automatically log certain technical information when you visit the Site, and you may voluntarily share information when you contact us or submit a request.
Automatically collected information
When you visit FansID we automatically collect:
- Your IP address
- Your browser type and version
- Your operating system and device type (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- The referring website that brought you to FansID
- The pages you visited on FansID, and the time spent on each
- Search terms you enter into the search bar
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (city or region level)
Information you provide to us
We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you:
- Contact us by email, phone, or social message
- Submit a DMCA takedown notice
- Submit a creator removal or correction request
- Report content, a security issue, or a technical problem
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Operating the Service. To deliver search results, return creator listings, and serve the Site.
- Improving the Service. To understand how users interact with FansID and improve it based on what we learn.
- Analytics and performance. To analyse traffic patterns, optimise performance, and detect issues.
- Communication. To respond to your inquiries, support requests, takedown notices, and removal requests.
- Abuse prevention. To detect and prevent fraud, spam, scraping, and security issues.
- Legal compliance. To comply with applicable laws, court orders, and DMCA requests.
5. Public creator information
FansID indexes publicly available information about OnlyFans creators, including usernames, display names, public bios, public profile photos, public media counts, public like counts, public subscription pricing, and public location indicators. This information is collected from public sources, not from creators directly.
If you are a creator and you would like your information corrected or removed from FansID, email Cyrus@fansid.app from an address we can verify, or call +1 647-952-8863. We honour reasonable verified requests promptly.
6. Third-party services
FansID may use third-party services for analytics and infrastructure, including:
- Google Analytics — for traffic analysis and behaviour understanding
- Content delivery networks — for performance and reliability
- Hosting providers — for storing and serving the Site
These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review them.
When you click through to a creator's OnlyFans page or any other external link from FansID, you leave the Site and become subject to that third party's privacy practices, which we do not control.
7. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to deliver the Service and fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law.
Analytics data is typically retained for up to 26 months. Contact form submissions, support emails, takedown notices, and creator removal requests are retained for up to two years from receipt, unless deletion is specifically requested or a longer retention period is required by law (for example, to defend against legal claims).
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have one or more of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion. Request deletion of your personal information.
- Objection. Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Data portability. Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdraw consent. Where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time.
FansID is based in Canada and is subject to PIPEDA, the federal personal-information protection law, and, where applicable, Quebec's Law 25. EU/UK visitors have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
To exercise any of these rights, email Cyrus@fansid.app. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Children's privacy
FansID is intended for users 18 years of age and older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under that age.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at Cyrus@fansid.app so we can delete it.
10. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International data transfers
FansID is operated from Canada. If you visit from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada and in other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence.
When we transfer information internationally, we take appropriate safeguards consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes take effect when posted. Continued use of FansID after changes means you accept the revised policy.
