DMCA Takedown Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
FansID respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Canadian copyright law, we respond promptly to legitimate notices of copyright infringement.
Before you request removal
Being listed on FansID drives free, organic traffic to your OnlyFans profile through search and category browsing — at no cost to you. If you would prefer not to be listed, we will honour your request. If you simply want to be removed from a specific niche or location page rather than the entire directory, just let us know in your message.
1. What FansID displays
FansID is a search engine that aggregates publicly available information about OnlyFans creators, including:
- Creator usernames and display names
- Public profile photos and avatars
- Public bios and category tags
- Public media counts (photos, videos), likes, and subscription pricing
- Direct links to creators' official OnlyFans profiles
FansID does not host, store, or distribute any paid or subscription-only content. All listings draw on public sources, and clicking through takes you to the creator's own OnlyFans page.
2. Filing a DMCA takedown notice
To file a valid DMCA notice, your notice must include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work. Describe the copyrighted material you believe is being infringed.
- Location of the allegedly infringing material. The specific URL or URLs on 194.61.28.183 where the material appears.
- Your contact information. Your full name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
- A good-faith statement. "I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- An accuracy statement under penalty of perjury. "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
- A signature. Your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full name at the end of the notice is treated as an electronic signature.
3. How to submit a notice
Send the complete DMCA notice to:
DMCA Agent — FansID
Email: Cyrus@fansid.app
Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Request"
Phone (for follow-up only): +1 647-952-8863
4. Processing time
We take copyright infringement seriously and review all valid DMCA notices promptly. If your notice is complete and valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within five business days of receipt. Most valid notices are actioned within 48 hours.
5. Counter-notice procedure
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or for any judicial district in which FansID may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notices to Cyrus@fansid.app with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice."
6. False claims warning
Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure your claim is legitimate before submitting a DMCA notice.
7. Repeat infringer policy
FansID has a policy of restricting access, in appropriate circumstances, for users or sources that are repeat copyright infringers.
